North Carolina High School Football - North Davidson tops Northwest Guilford

The North Davidson Black Knights football squad scored 16 points and limited the visiting Northwest Guilford Vikings to 6 in the Black Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Black Knights now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Davie for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. North Davidson will meet a War Eagles squad coming off a 40-26 non-league win over West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The War Eagles record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Northwest Guilford drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC) to meet the Demons in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Demons come into the test with a record of 0-2. R.J. Reynolds lost 44-34 in their recent non-league test against Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC)
