The Columbia Eagles prevailed the host Althoff Catholic Crusaders volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Civic Memorial Eagles (Bethalto, IL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 3. Columbia will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.

The Crusaders (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Father McGivney Catholic (Glen Carbon, IL). The Griffins enter the game with a 0-0 record.
