With the win, Poly improves its record to 9-0 on the season. The Bears host Corona (Corona, CA) to face the Panthers in a non-league test on Friday, August 30. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Lions now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jurupa Hills for a non-league test on Friday, September 6.
