In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting DuPont Manual Crimsons volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Taylor County Cardinals.

The Crimsons (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Presentation (Louisville, KY). The Toppers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Marion County Knights (Lebanon, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 3. Taylor County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Larue County (Hodgenville, KY).
