New Hope-Solebury Lions (New Hope, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Academy of the New Church Lions (Bryn Athyn, PA), 4-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, New Hope-Solebury advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Springfield Township (Erdenheim, PA) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 2-0.

The Lions now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Calvary Christian Academy for a non-league test on Friday, September 6.
