Virginia High School Soccer - Grace Christian School toppled by New Covenant

New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Grace Christian School Kings (Mechanicsville, VA), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, New Covenant moves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Gryphons host Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA) to battle the Tornadoes in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 3. The Tornadoes enter the contest with a record of 3-1. Timberlake Christian lost 4-0 in their recent non-league contest against Southwest Virginia Academy (Roanoke, VA)
The Kings (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against StoneBridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, StoneBridge held off Hampton Christian Academy (Hampton, VA), 4-3, in a league contest.
