In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Manitou Springs Mustangs soccer squad scored a nice 11-1 victory over the St. Mary's Pirates.
The Mustangs (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Alamosa (Alamosa, CO). The Mean Moose go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Alamosa was overwhelmed by Lamar (Lamar, CO), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Pirates confront the The Vanguard School Coursers (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 2A Tri-Peaks outing, on Tuesday, September 3. St. Mary's will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Coursers go into the outing with a 0-1 record after their 2-2 non-league Thomas MacLaren School (Colorado Springs, CO).
