The New Prairie Cougars soccer squad scored 8 points and held the host New Buffalo Bison to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.

The Cougars now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they host South Bend Washington for a Northern Indiana Soccer Conf bout on Saturday, August 31. New Prairie will play a Panthers squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to South Bend St. Joseph (South Bend, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, New Buffalo moves to 1-3 on the year. The Bison travel to Howardsville Christian (Marcellus, MI) to play the Eagles in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph bout on Thursday, September 5.
