The Grayson Rams softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Newton Rams to 0 in the Rams league win on Thursday.

The Rams now possess a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Peachtree Ridge for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 3. Grayson will confront a Lions team coming off a 15-3 league loss to Brookwood (Snellville, GA). The Lions record now stands at 5-10.

With the loss, Newton moves to 3-11 on the season. The Rams host Social Circle (Social Circle, GA) to confront the Redskins in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 3. The Redskins come into the battle with a record of 8-2. Social Circle won 15-0 in their recent league battle against Towers (Decatur, GA)
