The Apollo Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Ohio County Eagles to 1 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now have a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Hardin for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 3.
With the loss, Ohio County drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Henderson County (Henderson, KY) to play the Colonels in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 31. The Colonels come into the outing with a record of 5-4.
