Troy Trojans (Troy, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Connally Cadets (Waco, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Troy improves its record to 8-10 on the season. The Trojans travel to Salado (Salado, TX) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 23-4. Salado won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Gateway College Preparatory (Georgetown, TX)

The Cadets now own a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vanguard College Prep for a non-league test on Thursday, August 29.
