Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Costa Mesa Mustangs (Costa Mesa, CA) and the visiting Woodbridge Warriors (Irvine, CA), observed Costa Mesa's volleyball team top Woodbridge by a count of 3-1.

The Mustangs (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA). The Seahawks enter the Golden West contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Ocean View was knocked off by Segerstrom (Santa Ana, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.
