The Sequatchie County Indians topped the visiting Hixson Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Indians confront the Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN) in a AA District 6 game, on Tuesday, September 3. Sequatchie County will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Baylor (Chattanooga, TN).

The Wildcats (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Soddy Daisy (Soddy Daisy, TN). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Soddy Daisy gained a win over Notre Dame (Chattanooga, TN), 2-1, in a non-league game.
