The Ingomar Falcons volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Ripley Tigers to 0 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Falcons now possess a 18-0 record. They play next when they travel to Kossuth for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 3. Ingomar will play a Aggies team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Tishomingo County (Iuka, MS). The Aggies record now stands at 8-4.

With the loss, Ripley drops to 6-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Itawamba Agricultural (Fulton, MS) to play the Indians in a Class 4A Region 1 outing on Tuesday, September 3. The Indians come into the outing with a record of 4-13. Itawamba Agricultural lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Smithville (Smithville, MS)
