With the win, Kadoka improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Kougars travel to Philip (Philip, SD) to encounter the Scotties in a B Region 7 battle on Thursday, September 5. The Scotties go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Philip lost 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Custer (Custer, SD)
The Mustangs now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tiospaye Topa for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 3.
