Georgia High School Volleyball - Woodland Model

Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Woodland Wildcats (Cartersville, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Model advances its record to 16-6 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Dade County (Trenton, GA) to face the Wolverines in a 1A Area 7 test on Thursday, September 5. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 6-7.

The Wildcats now sport a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chattooga for a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. Woodland will face a Indians squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA). The Indians record now stands at 9-6.
