Texas High School Volleyball - Neches tips Scurry-Rosser

The Neches Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Scurry-Rosser Wildcats to 1 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now have a 18-6 record. They play next when they travel to Non Varsity Tournament Opponent for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 31. Neches will play a team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to McKinney (McKinney, TX). The record now stands at 20-102.

With the loss, Scurry-Rosser drops to 10-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Lone Oak (Lone Oak, TX) to play the Buffaloes in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 3. The Buffaloes come into the outing with a record of 11-7. Lone Oak lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Gatesville (Gatesville, TX)
