North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Iredell improves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Raiders host East Lincoln (Denver, NC) to encounter the Mustangs in a Western Foothills 3A test on Tuesday, September 3. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 6-6. East Lincoln won 3-2 in their recent league test against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC)

The Raiders now own a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carson for a South Piedmont 3A test on Wednesday, September 4. South Rowan will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over North Stanly (New London, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 9-4.
