The Mustangs now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Three Lakes for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. Marion/Tigerton will meet a Bluejays squad coming off a 28-0 non-league loss to Niagara (Niagara, WI). The Bluejays record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Almond-Bancroft drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Newman (Wausau, WI) to meet the Fighting Cardinals in a Central Wisconsin - Small test on Friday, September 5. The Fighting Cardinals come into the test with a record of 2-0. Newman won 50-8 in their recent league challenge against Wild Rose (Wild Rose, WI)
