Ohio High School Football - Ansonia falls to Preble Shawnee

August 29, 2025: Camden, OH 45311

The Preble Shawnee Arrows felled the visiting Ansonia Tigers football team by a score of 34-8 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Arrows face the Twin Valley South Panthers (West Alexandria, OH) in a Western Ohio challenge, on Friday, September 5. Preble Shawnee will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 42-8 league win over Bradford (Bradford, OH).

With the defeat, Ansonia drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host National Trail (New Paris, OH) to meet the Blazers in a Western Ohio test on Friday, September 5. The Blazers come into the test with a record of 0-2. National Trail lost 42-0 in their recent league test against Tri-Village (New Madison, OH)
