The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays (Ashland, NE) and the host Douglas County West Falcon (Valley, NE), witnessed Ashland-Greenwood's football squad wallop Douglas County West by a tally of 48-0.

The Bluejays (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Wahoo (Wahoo, NE). The Warriors enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Wahoo smashed Nebraska City (Nebraska City, NE), 55-0, in a non-league bout.
