Texas High School Football - Willis tops Benjamin Davis

August 29, 2025: Houston, TX 77067

The Willis Wildkats football squad scored 42 points and limited the host Benjamin Davis Falcons to 14 in the Wildkats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wildkats now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Klein Collins for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Willis will face a Tigers team coming off a 35-28 non-league win over College Station (College Station, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.

The Falcons (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Strake Jesuit (Houston, TX). The Fighting Crusaders go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Strake Jesuit lost by Trinity (Euless, TX), 33-0, in a non-league challenge.
