The Little Axe Indians (Norman, OK) football were winner over the visiting Bethel Wildcats (Shawnee, OK), 21-12 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Indians now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elmore City-Pernell for a non-league outing on Friday, September 5. Little Axe will clash with a Badgers squad coming off a 40-38 non-league loss to Lexington (Lexington, OK). The Badgers record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Bethel drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Luther (Luther, OK) to face the Lions in a non-league game on Friday, September 5. The Lions enter the game with a record of 0-1. Luther lost 56-6 in their recent non-league game against Jones (Jones, OK)
