With the win, Hitchcock County advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Falcons travel to Maxwell (Maxwell, NE) to play the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, September 5. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 1-0. Maxwell won 44-28 in their recent non-league match against Sutherland (Sutherland, NE)
