In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Taft Eagles football squad scored a good 21-0 victory over the Bremen Braves.

The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL). The Titans go into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Glenbrook South overcame York (Elmhurst, IL), 35-28, in a non-league battle.

The Braves now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Grayslake Central for a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. Bremen will play a Rams team coming off a 52-13 non-league loss to Carmel (Mundelein, IL). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
