The Carrollton Trojans football squad scored 36 points and limited the host Fayette Falcons to 12 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Northeast for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Carrollton will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 44-0 non-league loss to Benton (St. Joseph, MO). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Fayette falls to 0-1 on the year. The Falcons travel to Missouri Military Academy (Mexico, MO) to face the Fighting Colonels in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 5. The Fighting Colonels enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
