Georgia High School Football - Central Gwinnett loses to Lowndes

August 29, 2025: Valdosta, GA 31601

The Central Gwinnett Black Knights football team (Lawrenceville, GA), was topped 37-6 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA)

With the win, Lowndes advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Vikings host Manatee (Bradenton, FL) to confront the Hurricanes in a non-league match on Friday, September 5. The Hurricanes enter the match with a record of 1-1. Manatee won 42-14 in their recent non-league match against Southeast (Bradenton, FL)

The Black Knights now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Chapel Hill for a non-league battle on Friday, September 12.
