    Metro Christian Patriots (Tulsa, OK) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Chisholm Longhorns (Enid, OK), 35-18 in a non-league match.

    The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Cascia Hall (Tulsa, OK). The Commandos come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record.

    Coming up next, the Longhorns meet the Hennessey Eagles (Hennessey, OK) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 5. Chisholm will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 41-13 non-league loss to Cashion (Cashion, OK).
