The Clay County Tigers football squad (Manchester, KY), was trounced 63-14 in Friday's non-league contest with the host South Laurel Cardinals (London, KY)
The Cardinals (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Knox Central (Barbourville, KY). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Knox Central crushed Marion County (Lebanon, KY), 20-19, in a non-league contest.
