Stuart Broncos (Stuart, NE) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Cody-Kilgore Cowboys/Cowgirls (Cody, NE), 75-8 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Stuart advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Broncos travel to Sumner-Eddyville-Miller (Sumner, NE) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, September 5. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 1-0. Sumner-Eddyville-Miller won 44-12 in their recent non-league match against Ansley/Litchfield (Ansley, NE)

Coming up next, the Cowboys/Cowgirls confront the Garden County Eagles (Oshkosh, NE) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 4. Cody-Kilgore will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 79-25 non-league win over Crawford (Crawford, NE).
