Hackett Hornets (Hackett, AR) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Danville Little Johns (Danville, AR), 39-13 in a non-league match.
The Hornets (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Gentry (Gentry, AR). The Pioneers come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record.
Coming up next, the Little Johns confront the Westside Rebels (Coal Hill, AR) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 5. Danville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
