Indiana High School Football - Franklin Central sneaks past Roncalli

August 29, 2025: Indianapolis, IN 46259

The Franklin Central Flashes football squad scored 22 points and limited the visiting Roncalli Royals to 15 in the Flashes non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Flashes face the Brownsburg Bulldogs (Brownsburg, IN) in a Hoosier Crossroads challenge, on Friday, September 5. Franklin Central will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 29-0 non-league win over Cathedral (Indianapolis, IN).

The Royals (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Indianapolis Bishop Chatard (Indianapolis, IN). The Trojans come into the Circle City test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Indianapolis Bishop Chatard edged Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN), 49-7, in a non-league test.
