The Freedom Area Bulldogs felled the visiting Rochester Rams football team by a score of 18-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Summit Academy Knights (Herman, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Freedom Area will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 42-14 non-league loss to New Brighton (New Brighton, PA).

With the defeat, Rochester drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Rams host Western Beaver (Industry, PA) to meet the Golden Beavers in a non-league test on Friday, September 5. The Golden Beavers come into the test with a record of 2-0. Western Beaver won 32-20 in their recent non-league test against South Side (Hookstown, PA)
