The Hershey Panthers walloped the visiting Gibbon Buffaloes football team by a score of 54-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Wood River Eagles (Wood River, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Hershey will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 27-6 non-league win over Centura (Cairo, NE).
The Buffaloes (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cross County (Stromsburg, NE). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Cross County bounced Battle Creek (Battle Creek, NE), 35-14, in a non-league challenge.
