The Quincy Notre Dame Raiders football squad scored 50 points and limited the visiting Grandview Eagles to 6 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Raiders now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Marquette Catholic for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 5. Quincy Notre Dame will face a Explorers team coming off a 56-7 non-league win over Duchesne (St. Charles, MO). The Explorers record now stands at 1-0.
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bayless (St. Louis, MO). The Bronchos go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Bayless was ripped by Dupo (Dupo, IL), 31-28, in a non-league challenge.
