The Greensburg Central Catholic Centurions walloped the host Mt. Pleasant Vikings football team by a score of 40-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Centurions face the Apollo Ridge Vikings (Spring Church, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Greensburg Central Catholic will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 35-22 non-league loss to Jeannette (Jeannette, PA).
With the defeat, Mt. Pleasant drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 2-0.
