The Hankinson Pirates (Hankinson, ND) football trounced the visiting Richland Colts (Colfax, ND), 68-0 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Pirates face the Enderlin Eagles (Enderlin, ND) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 5. Hankinson will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 62-6 league loss to South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] (Wishek, ND).
The Colts (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Griggs County Central/Midkota (Cooperstown, ND). The Cougars enter the 9-Man Region 1 (9 Man) game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Griggs County Central/Midkota overwhelmed Maple Valley/Hope-Page (Tower City, ND), 14-6, in a league game.
