The Hardin Valley Academy Hawks football squad scored 34 points and limited the visiting Morristown-Hamblen East Hurricanes to 0 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hawks now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bradley Central for a 6A Region 2 test on Friday, September 5. Hardin Valley Academy will meet a Bears squad coming off a 28-14 non-league win over Walker Valley (Cleveland, TN). The Bears record now stands at 1-1.
