Nebraska High School Football - Lincoln Lutheran tops Lincoln Christian

The Lincoln Lutheran Warriors football squad scored 34 points and limited the host Lincoln Christian Crusaders to 12 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Auburn for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Lincoln Lutheran will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 35-0 non-league loss to Mount Michael Benedictine (Elkhorn, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.

The Crusaders (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilber-Clatonia (Wilber, NE). The Wolverines go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Wilber-Clatonia lost by Boys Town (Boys Town, NE), 41-7, in a non-league challenge.
