In Friday's non-league game, the Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM) football team were victorious over the host Tularosa Wildcats (Tularosa, NM), by a score of 20-12.

In their next game, the Warriors face the West Las Vegas Dons (Las Vegas, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 4. Ruidoso will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Dons enter the game with a 1-1 record after their 50-23 non-league loss to Dexter (Dexter, NM).
