Ohio High School Football - Western Brown knocked off by Simon Kenton

In Friday's non-league game, the Simon Kenton Pioneers (Independence, KY) football team overcame the host Western Brown Broncos (Mt. Orab, OH), by a margin of 43-24.

The Pioneers now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Covington Catholic for a non-league outing on Friday, September 5. Simon Kenton will clash with a Colonels squad coming off a 28-20 non-league loss to Elder (Cincinnati, OH). The Colonels record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Western Brown drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 5. The Cavaliers come into the outing with a record of 0-2. Chillicothe lost 53-14 in their recent non-league outing against London (London, OH)
