North Carolina High School Football - Southwestern Randolph smashes Trinity

August 29, 2025: Trinity, NC 27370

The Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC) football triumphed over the host Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC), 49-7 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Providence Grove Patriots (Franklinville, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 5. Southwestern Randolph will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 1-1 record after their 23-0 non-league win over Morehead (Eden, NC).

The Bulldogs (0-2) will now prepare for their game against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, South Rowan overwhelmed Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC), 42-26, in a non-league game.
