Trinity Christian Homeschool (Pelham, AL) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Tabernacle Torches (Gardendale, AL), 40-14 in a non-league match.

The (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, AL). The Thunder come into the non-league match with a 2-0 record.

Coming up next, the Torches confront the Jacksonville Christian Academy Thunder (Jacksonville, AL) in a Christian (8 Man) match, on Friday, September 5. Tabernacle will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Thunder go into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 54-20 league win over Tuscaloosa Christian (Cottondale, AL).
