Zephyr Bulldogs (Zephyr, TX) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Veribest Falcons (Veribest, TX), 46-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Zephyr upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Blackwell (Blackwell, TX) to confront the Hornets in a non-league match on Friday, September 5. The Hornets come into the match with a record of 0-1. Blackwell lost 72-24 in their recent non-league match against Aspermont (Aspermont, TX)
