California High School Flag Football - Gahr holds off Villa Park

The Gahr Gladiators flag football squad scored 13 points and limited the host Villa Park Spartans to 12 in the Gladiators non-league triumph on Friday.
The Gladiators now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Banning for a non-league game on Thursday, September 4. Gahr will face a Pilots team coming off a 12-6 non-league win over Torrance (Torrance, CA). The Pilots record now stands at 3-1.
The Spartans (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Katella (Anaheim, CA). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Katella held off Whitney (Cerritos, CA), 34-0, in a non-league game.
