California High School Football - Lassen prevails Shasta

August 29, 2025: Susanville, CA 96130

In Friday's non-league match, the host Lassen Grizzlies football squad scored a nice 34-6 win over the Shasta Wolves.

In their next game, the Grizzlies play the Red Bluff Spartans (Red Bluff, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Lassen will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Spartans go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 23-15 non-league win over West Valley (Cottonwood, CA).

The Wolves (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Winters (Winters, CA). The Warriors go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Winters toppled Dixon (Dixon, CA), 20-0, in a non-league test.
