With the win, Saugus improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Centurions host Camarillo (Camarillo, CA) to meet the Scorpions in a non-league test on Friday, September 5. The Scorpions come into the test with a record of 1-1. Camarillo won 32-28 in their recent non-league test against Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA)

With the defeat, Oak Park drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Crespi (Encino, CA) to play the Celts in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 18. The Celts go into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
