California High School Football - Rancho Cotate nudges Ukiah

In Friday's non-league match, the host Rancho Cotate Cougars football squad scored a close 28-26 triumph over the Ukiah Wildcats.

The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Redwood (Larkspur, CA). The Giants come into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.

Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 6. Ukiah will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Scots come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 31-20 non-league loss to Lincoln (San Francisco, CA).
