In Friday's non-league contest, the Frontier Academy Wolverines (Greeley, CO) soccer team edged the host Coal Ridge Titans (New Castle, CO), by a count of 2-1.
Next, the Wolverines face the Glenwood Springs Demons (Glenwood Springs, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Frontier Academy will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Demons go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO).
With the loss, Coal Ridge moves to 0-1 on the year. The Titans travel to Grand Junction Central (Grand Junction, CO) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 13. The Warriors enter the contest with a record of 1-1.
