The Gadsden Panthers (Anthony, NM) soccer overwhelmed the host Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls (Carlsbad, NM), 10-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Deming for a non-league contest on Friday, August 29. Gadsden will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
The Cavemen/Cavegirls (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record.
